Professors Carroll Seron & Charis E. Kubrin were recently interviewed by KPCC's Take Two radio show in the segment,  "The effects of the Public Safety Realignment Act". In it they discuss the controversial Public Safety Realignment Act, passed five years ago in an effort to reduce California's prison population, and the effect researchers have seen on the crime rates since.
