National debate about immigrant detainees leads to a swell of OC volunteerism

Jose Torres, a CLS Ph.D. student, was interviewed by the LA Times in Orange County on his decision to volunteer for a non-profit organization called Friends of Orange County Detainees. It is a visitation program for immigration detainees in Orange County.
