Professor Emerita Kitty Calavita will be receiving the 2015 Harry J. Kalven Jr. award from the Law and Society Association at the annual meeting being held this May. This award is given in recognition of "empirical scholarship that has contributed most effectively to the advancement of research in law and society", including some portion of work having been completed within the past few years.
