On April 23rd, Professor Henry Pontell gave the 8th Honorary Lecture in The Shizimen Masters Series at the Law School of Macau University of Science and Technology. The Series is sponsored by the Macau Foundation. Over 200 persons attended the event, including students, faculty, government prosecutors, police officials, business executives, and university administrators.
